About Us

Goliven Aides, Inc., is a private, multi-service agency serving hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, assisted-living facilities and personal homes.

Our Vision
Goliven Aides, Inc. aspires to be a leader in the provision of excellent quality to health care facilities, to manage and administer the highest degree of quality, comprehensive patient and family centered care to all patients within the confines of available resources and services in order to attain and/or maintain the patient's highest level of wellness.

Our Philosophy
Goliven Aides, Inc. was founded on the promise that continuity and quality of care is integral to any successful health care program. We believe that the thorough screening we apply to staff recruitment and the continuous education programs we offer quality, both in terms of staff and the care they provide. These include a sense of personal and professional integrity, a genuine attitude of empathy and compassion to clients, a sustained commitment to one's professional growth and development, and ethical approach to clients and their families and a relationship with the patients and co-workers that portray respect, integrity and true stewardship. It is upon those beliefs that we base the hiring retention and reward of the nursing staff in our service.
